Most people with tennis or golfer’s elbow do not have them as a consequence of too much sporting exertion. Commonly, these problems occur as a consequence of postural over-strain.
Often work related or linked to over-use. Usually they come on gradually, but they can occur as a sudden or acute problem. We assess the whole of the upper limb and the neck to try and establish the key areas of over-strain. We then treat with focal soft tissue techniques and prescribe exercise to correct any muscle imbalance and stretches to counter any tight spots.
